Meeting Dates, Times, & Locations (some virtual due to COVID)

• All troop meetings are at the Chapel on the Green in Yorkville or virtual. (Corner of Church St. and W. Center St. (north side of Town Square Park)). Please use the west (Church St.) entrance.

• Regular troop meetings are from 6:30-8:00 p.m. on Monday’s, check troop calendar for details.

• Adult Leader’s Potawatomi District Round Table meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at various locations or virtual, check Troop Calendar for information. These meetings are attended by a member of the Troop Committee.

• Troop 40 Adult Leader’s meetings are usually held on the third Wednesday of the month at the Chapel on the Green or virtual at 7:00 p.m. All Adult Leaders and interested parents are encouraged to attend.

• Patrol Leader’s Council (PLC) meeting is from 7:00 – 8:00p.m. at the Chapel on the Green or virtual on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. All of our leaders of patrols and leadership of the troop should attend.

• Dates and times for events can change – Please check the troop calendar often for updates!

• Please note, that we do not have regular Monday meetings in the summer, but we may have PLCs to plan the year.
